Insights is the case-portfolio analytics layer. It surfaces trends across the consumer's complaint history — institutions that recur, response-time patterns, recovery outcomes — so a consumer (and the partner counselling network supporting them) can see the picture beyond a single case.
Insights doesn't ask you to keep a separate ledger. It reads from the cases you've already opened in Resolve, the timeline events Shield captures, and the outcome data the consumer or adviser records when a case closes.
Tenant admins at NDH, FRLC, and community legal centres get aggregate de-identified reporting — recurring institutions, average resolution time, recovery $ — without sacrificing consumer privacy.
Insights ships after the Phase 6 outcome-tracking surfaces (FR-COLLAB-015 / FR-RESOLVE-009) provide a reliable signal. Sign up to be notified when the first cohort opens.
