Fairgo Pricing

Free for consumers. Funded by partners who expand access.

Fairgo does not put a paywall between a stressed consumer and basic rights help. Core Learn, Resolve, Shield, and handoff pathways stay free for consumers, while partners and public-interest programs fund the infrastructure that makes help scalable.

Independence-firewalled

Banks and insurers can't fund or influence Fairgo. Funding only flows from consumer-side counselling networks and government — never from the institutions our consumers complain against.

Free for the people who need it

Consumers under financial stress never see a paywall. No credit card on signup, no upgrade prompts inside the case flow, no hidden tiers gating Resolve, Voice, Shield, or Learn.

Partner-funded, scale through networks

Approved partner counselling networks (NDH, FRLC, FCA, community legal centres) carry the cost of adviser seats. The unit economics work because the platform amplifies what one counsellor can handle.

Pricing FAQ

Will consumers ever be charged?

No. Charging people in financial stress for help they're statutorily entitled to is a non-starter for us. Our pricing decision document commits Fairgo to consumer-free, partner-funded, permanently.

Can a bank pay to be a Fairgo partner?

No. The independence firewall is the product position — banks, insurers, super funds, and any institution a consumer might complain against cannot fund or have commercial influence over Fairgo. This is enforced contractually and disclosed publicly.

What does "from $980 per adviser per month" cover?

Adviser tooling (case queue, draft workflow, internal notes, workload caps), tenant-admin dashboard and reports, white-label branding, the Microsoft Teams tab, and consumer-facing surfaces routed under the partner brand. Volume tiers above 25 advisers, partnership pricing applies.

Is government / regulator pricing different?

Yes — government and regulator deployments are bespoke. Single-tenant in AU region, custom taxonomy, aggregate de-identified outcome reporting. Talk to public sector for procurement detail.

Consumer promise

Help first. Billing never blocks the basics.

Learn guides

Free

Public education stays open so people can understand hardship, complaints, debt, insurance, credit, and super before creating an account.

Resolve drafting

Free

Core complaint and hardship drafting stays free because no one should pay before taking a basic rights action.

Shield basics

Free

Deadline awareness, hardship next steps, and debt action-plan basics stay outside consumer billing gates.

Human handoff routing

Free to consumer

When a case needs a counsellor, legal centre, or adviser, the consumer path stays funded by partner, grant, or sector program where available.

Partner pricing anchors

Partners fund access, reporting, and operating capacity.

These ranges are planning anchors, not final quotes. The first sale is a funded pilot with measurable outcomes, not a checkout page.

Independence firewall

Funders cannot buy influence over consumer outcomes.

Fairgo is free for consumers because access is funded by partners and public-interest programs. Funders cannot influence complaint logic, citations, rankings, or outcomes.

Allowed

  • Government grants and tenders.
  • Philanthropy and public-interest funding.
  • Sector-wide industry funds with arms-length allocation.
  • Nonprofit and legal/financial-counselling partner subscriptions.

Not allowed

  • No paid influence over complaint logic, citations, rankings, routing, or outcomes.
  • No product recommendations or affiliate steering inside distress flows.
  • No complaint routing that favours the complained-about institution.
  • No outcome reporting that identifies or disadvantages consumers.

Why this model

The category expectation is free, independent help.

Matches Australian help pathways

National Debt Helpline, Financial Rights Legal Centre, Consumer Action, and the financial ombudsman are all built around free or publicly funded access.

Protects the stressed user

Charging Simon before a hardship complaint adds friction at the worst possible moment and makes Fairgo look like it is monetising distress.

Sells operating leverage

Partners buy intake capacity, case briefs, handoff workflows, compliance reporting, and outcome visibility so more people get helped.

For partners

Fund free consumer access without weakening independence.

Fairgo is infrastructure for trusted intake, drafting, routing, reporting, and outcomes.
